Spray or brush a thin, even layer of oil onto the surfaces of the chalk mold. Make sure to coat the entire inside surface where the chalk mixture will be poured. Once the chalk has completely dried and set, carefully remove the chalk pieces from the mould. The oil should help the chalk pieces come out easily without sticking to the mould.
